Your dry food is not consistent in their size. Is that normal?

Dry pet food is produced by extruding method using a machine called “Extruder” after mixing the ingredients. In this extruding process, the size of each kibble may differ depending on the swelling rate of natural ingredients or the manufacturing condition, such as the intensity levels of temperature, pressure, moisture and steam. There is no difference in the nutrient elements or palatability and it can be fed to your pets at ease. *NOTE Generally, using high quality protein sources (raw meats) causes inconsistent size of kibbles than usual.

The color of dry food is different than before.

We try to manufacture our product in always the same size and color at all time. However, the color or size may differ depending on the original colors of bio-ingredients of manufacturing condition, such as the intensity levels of temperature, pressure, moisture and steam. Please note that we only use bio-ingredients, not the artificial ones. The product is manufactured with the same amount of ingredients. There is no difference in the nutrient elements or palatability and it can be fed to your pets at ease. We will try our best to minimize the difference in appearance.

Something is wrong with my dog’s feces after switching to PRUNUS dry food.

Dog’s intestine is shorter than in human and it takes at least a week to adjust for inner intestinal environment or microbial flora. Thus, sudden change in food may cause feces condition due to dog’s physical characteristics. Please transition to PRUNUS products for a period of 1~2 weeks and mix with previous food when serve. (*Please refer to the image below) If the feces condition doesn’t get better after the transition period, it may be because of allergy to certain ingredient or differences among dogs.

The surface of Fuco-Pollak is white and hard.

The surface of Fuco-Pollak is white due to amino acids. Similar to dried squid having white amino acids on its surface from drying process, Fuco-Pollak can have dried amino acids on its surface. This is natural phenomenon and the product can be fed to your pets at ease.

Are all ingredients of Hydrolyzed Chew hydrolyzed?

The protein sources that are the main cause of allergies are hydrolyzed. The rest of the ingredients are beneficial to skin. Carbohydrate or fat rarely causes allergies. Mainly protein with high molecules among proteins act as antigen to cause allergies. Thus, hydrolyzing main protein sources helps reduce skin allergic reactions.

What are the brown spots in Fucoidan 20? Has it gone bad?

Fucoidan 20 is cookie-type snack that is baked in an oven. It is in light green or emerald and the brown spots are from being in touch with the oven. There is no problem with the product and it can be fed to your pets at ease.

Ceramide&Omega 3 only uses 100% clean kangaroo meat from Australia. We try to remove as much as possible in production process, but there may be a small amount of blood in kangaroo meat and it may look like black chunks when dried at low temperature. There is no problem with the product and it can be fed to your pets at ease.

The product bleached dog’s hair. Instead, it provides excellent cleaning effect and micro-coating with moisturizing ingredients to keep the hair soft and brighter. This product does not bleach non-white dog’s hair and can be used on them at ease.
